RETURN & REFUND

At BRANDADOX, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our policy carefully before making a return request.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • The product received is different from what was ordered.

Important: We do not accept returns for size changes. Please ensure you select the correct size by referring to the size guide before placing your order.

2. Unboxing Video Requirement

For any return due to damage or incorrect products, you must provide a clear video of the unboxing process. This video will be used to verify the claim. Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process your return request.

3. Return Request Timeframe

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us on the same day the product is delivered. Late requests will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please:

  2. Provide your order details, along with the unboxing video and any other relevant information.
  3. Once your return is approved, we will guide you through the process of returning the item.

4. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  • The product is confirmed to be damaged or defective through the unboxing video.
  • The product received is different from what was ordered.

Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 days after receiving the returned product and confirming its condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Returns for size changes.
  • Products without an unboxing video for damaged or incorrect product claims.
  • Products returned without prior approval from BRANDADOX.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged or incorrect. In such cases, BRANDADOX will cover the return shipping costs.
